Delta Pharma specialises in the manufacture of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products. Our state-of-the-art facility in Reading, UK, is equipped for aseptic filling of both oil-based and aqueous injectable solutions and suspensions, with capacity for ampoule and vial filling under Grade A/B clean-room conditions.
British Pharmacopoeia Compliance
All products are formulated, manufactured and tested to comply with the British Pharmacopoeia (BP) โ the official UK standard for pharmaceutical quality. Each active ingredient is sourced from approved suppliers with full traceability documentation, and every batch is independently tested for identity, purity, potency and sterility.
Quality Control Laboratory
Our in-house QC laboratory performs comprehensive batch release testing including:
- HPLC assay for active ingredient content and purity (>98%)
- Sterility testing to BP/EP standards
- Particulate matter examination
- Endotoxin (LAL) testing
- pH, osmolality and viscosity measurement
- Container integrity testing
